Telenor Microfinance Bank. is looking for CSR with following responsibilities

  • Generate sales leadIdentify and assess customers` needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

Shifts:

Morning, Evening Night

Company Facilities:

  • Pick & Drop for Females
  • Saturday + Sunday off
  • 2-hours Break + Refreshment Tea
