- Assist Sr.Branch manager/Area Manager in managing sales/ENR Targets.
- Responsible for loan files screening as per policy.
· To provide leadership to your team so each of its member is highly productive in his / her individual capacity. Each of the team members should be trained and assisted to assume his /her position as a first level of credit review that can correctly assess and verify the customer’s income / demographics with the view to establish customer’s need and credibility for the proposed loan.
- Work closely with BO’s Manager to identify new markets for business development.
- Aware of latest products and prudential/credit regulations.
- All loan disbursals are processed keeping in view the audit requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and reconciliation of BO’s foil book / foil register.
- Co-ordinate with the Operation department to ensure timely disbursal of loans while maintaining the integrity of the process and documents.
- Credit review that can correctly assess and verify the customer’s income.
· demographics with the view to establish customer’s need and credibility for the proposed loan.
· To ensure appropriate check and control on the prospect frauds that may occur from the Manager’s & Bank Officer’s.
Build and retain the highest level of motivation in the team to achieve maximum business volumes and have the maximum employee retentions.
