• Define and execute the product strategy that is necessary for the consistent growth of Digital Wallets and teams working with IT, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Define and drive overall product strategy and metrics, working closely with stakeholders across the organization for Integrations vertical.
  • Responsible for the end-2-end consumer journey, on all key integrations for airtime, bill payments and other key use cases on Digital Wallets to allow our customers to make intuitive, secure, and seamless payments.
  • Identify good opportunities. Size them up. Make tough choices. Drive the roadmap.
  • Critical to understand customer needs (present and future). Ask the right questions and conduct analysis to gain current and future customer needs.
  • Instrumental in defining optimal product processes, hiring, mentoring and building product teams.

  • Define and communicate the product strategy across cross functional teams and work with PMO/IT in improving the existing 3rd party integrations on the Mobile Wallet
  • Complete ownership of defining Product pricing and achieving strategic targets/goals with complete P&L ownership across all sales channels
  • Manage and lead all new Wallet integration initiatives including innovation through process
  • Responsible for extracting all Consumer and Business Insights for the Wallets, performing the necessary analytics to track budget, monitor statistics, determine trends, variances and identifies opportunities for improvement and scaling up of the Mobile Wallets.
  • Lead the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.
  • Working closely with all Sales and B2B teams for development and roll out of the Wallet product.

  • You will be responsible for defining a product roadmap tied to clear business objectives, fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and managing your product’s lifecycle end-to-end (ideation, scoping, development, testing, launch etc.)
  • Own the acquisition portfolio for all Digital Wallets (Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) across customers, agents, corporates, and payment merchants. Responsible for the end-2-end consumer journey, from registration to KYC requirements to usage.
  • Lead the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories and requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and execute on delivering delightful and impactful onboarding experiences across all channels.
  • Work with business, product marketing, operations, and other stakeholders on innovative and well-defined go-to-market plans.
  • Key interface for the SBP team for all TPSP/AMA Account initiatives as well as BPRD for branchless banking guidelines.
  • Responsible for the overall design and UI/UX on the registration journeys for Customers, Agents and Merchants.
