1. Business Development
a. Introduction of cash-flow based lending procedures in the branch network.
b. Overall responsible to achieve assigned branch business targets of all MSME products'
c. identify business opportunities for MSME products and financial services and guide MSME BOs in business acquisition and growth. Suggest actions to tackle new challenges ofthe business growth.
d. Build and retain the highest level of motivation in the team to achieve maximum business volumes.
2. Capacity Building
Develop, train and transfer knowledge to new and existing staff of branch related to MSME products.
Responsible to train the BOs in MSME cash-flow based lending technology and client servicing in
accordance to MSME product & procedures.
lncumbent shall be responsible to identify and develop appropriate trainings for MSME BOs to fill
performance gaps and meet future business needs.
3. Portfolio Quality Management
Maintain and control highest level of service quality and analytical accuracy of the MSME BOs.
Responsible to monitor that the BO is efficiently handling recovery of delinquent clients while report
Its findings to line management, also him/herself responsible for portfolio delinquencies.
Ensure regular and effective monitoring of the MSME portfolio and its clients according to monitoring
plans and benchmarks provided by MSME - Segment Lead.
Support MSME BOs in loan arrear management in line with prescribed criteria of the bank'
To ensure timely regular collection follow ups are executed by MSME BOs and ensure that reminders
are given to the borrowers by the BO.
4. Compliance
r Ensure enforcement of internal control and reporting as per Telenorbank policies and SBP
regulations.
Closely monitor BO performance and identify and report any activist involvement for disbursals and
recoveries, Further encourage BOs to increase non-cash recoveries'
Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws'
