• Strong command over spoken English is must.
• Fluent in English (American Accent), Arabic (Gulf Accent) and Urdu (Native).
• Call center Experience minimum One Year
• Managing large amounts of Inbound Calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customers needs, Clarify information, research every issue and provide the alternatives and/or solutions.
• Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
• Showing multitasking skills as well as the flexibility of shifts
• Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Individuals with excellent Verbal communication skills, Individuals who have a desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.
• The Candidate must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
• Working hours will be decided after the training.

• Training period has to attend in the office for minimum 7 working days or till manager confirmation.
