Position: Hydro Jetting Supervisor
Grade: 6
Department/ Division: Projects / MSD
Location:Project Site base
Overview: Conduct overall supervision of Hydro Jetting activities, Ensure all resources and spares are made available, Manage the team, planning of resources, coordinate various work, execute the job safely, timely as per the specification.
Qualification; Diploma
Briefing of duties and responsibilities :
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as Hydro Jetting Supervisor with experience in cleaning of various types of heat exchangers, columns, vessels etc..
- Preferably WJA certified
- Knowledge regarding exchanger, blinding cleaning, re tubing, testing etc..
- Hand on experience in using various types of jetting machines, Lance, Jetting guns, Hoses etc..
- Good knowledge on Hydro jetting pump, including trouble shooting and pumps maintenance.
- Good understanding on various types of Tube sizes and materials
- Good understanding of various types of Hydro jetting pumps, Regulators etc..
- Good communication skill in English
- Capable to read Engineering Drawings.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work as Team.
- Use of Permit to Work Systems in Petrochemical Plant and commitment to safe work practices.
- Adapt to multinational environment with exposures to various cultures and customs
