Responsibilities
- Translate designs into code.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable packages.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code.
- Build cross-browser solutions optimized for a wide range of devices.
- Identify problems and bugs and devise elegant solutions.
- Make strategic technical decisions related to new products and functionalities.
- Help maintain code quality.
- Develop custom testing/automation tools with CasperJS
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
You must have studied or experience of JavaScript centric development experience—preference given to candidates who have experience with large applications of some scale.Intimate knowledge of JavaScript/Node.js, React, webpack, ES6, Babel, React Native, HTML5, and CSS3.Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one systemUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationUnderstanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platformImplementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
