Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle customer transactions, including purchases and sales.
- Manage cash by accurately counting and balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records by tracing, documenting, and securely storing transaction information.
- Provide excellent customer service by professionally responding to inquiries and resolving account-related questions.
- Ensure compliance with security and financial procedures, safeguarding confidential information at all times.
- Operate computers and specialized software to process transactions and generate necessary reports.
