1. To assist AVP Admin. & IT in all administrative matters as detailed hereunder.
- To maintain attendance record of all employees and forward it to Manager H.R. & Manager Accounts on daily basis.
- Maintenance of Personal Data of all employees.
- To purchase grocery and stationery after arranging funds through Manager Accounts.
- To look after the maintenance of furniture and fixers.
- To make payments of Electricity & Telephone Bill after arranging funds through Manager Accounts.
- To collect the leave applications, resignations of employees and to intimate Manager H.R. & Manager Accounts.
- To examine the quotations for the purchase of goods collected by Admin. Officer before obtaining approval of the competent authority.
- Any other duties assigned by the AVP Admin& I.T.
