Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving the monthly sales target.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer queries/issues.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by accounts department.
  • Responsible for recoveries and damage control.
  • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
  • Ensure Merchandising / Displays as per required standards.
  • Ensure timely recovery up to zero level of overdue.  
  • Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone.
  • Making appointments with and meeting new customers.
  • Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments.
  • Meeting sales targets.
  • Promoting new products and any special deals.
  • Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
  • Recording orders and sending details to the sales office.
  • Giving feedback on sales trends.
  • Sales forecasting daily/weekly basis.
  • Liaising with supply chain regarding timely dispatch of vehicles from factory/warehouse to be arrived in market to be competitive.
  • Account/outlets opening requirement to be fulfilled by ASO.
  • Market targets (Sales/Numeric distribution/Availability etc.) on daily basis
