This role is for a Territory Sales Supervisor (Grade Level: L1) based in Faisalabad, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager within the Regional Operating Model led by the Regional Business Head. The position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to achieve regional sales targets and resolve daily operational challenges. The main objective is to drive growth across JazzCash services, postpaid sales, and franchise/retail business development by effectively managing assigned franchises and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Gain a thorough understanding of Jazz’s values, business model, product portfolio, and market dynamics within the regional framework.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Oversee one or two assigned franchises with daily monitoring and regular reporting to the Area Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and retail networks to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Lead retail and distribution network development by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on critical enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), market float management, DO service levels, and recharge performance, maintaining non-performer rates below 5%.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including recharge volumes, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash metrics (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, M-Wallet), mobile broadband (MBB) device sales, and active retail base growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid subscriptions.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and implement below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales objectives.
- Optimize trade marketing spend and expand channel footprint while improving KPIs such as minimum balance and retailer servicing.
- Maintain territory integrity by controlling infringements and ensuring compliance.
- Foster positive relationships with retailers and franchise owners to support sustained business growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve JazzCash and voice KPIs for both self and team members.
- Demonstrate proactivity and creativity by proposing innovative ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders by explaining profitability models to secure alignment and commitment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing challenging projects with full responsibility from planning through execution and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly KPI targets related to JazzCash wallet activation, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Strong track record of increasing business penetration within assigned territories.
- Expertise in channel strengthening and development.
- Relevant background in sales management and channel development.
