The Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) position, based in Kallar Syedan at Grade Level L1, is a crucial role within the Regional Operating Model led by the Regional Business Head. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, who manages a small team of TSSs, this role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and address daily operational challenges. The primary focus is on driving growth across JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development, ensuring strong market presence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Jazz’s values, business model, products, and the regional market dynamics. Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and compliance. Manage one assigned franchise daily, occasionally handling two depending on potential and geography, with an emphasis on timely reporting and consistent franchise follow-up. Build and maintain effective relationships with franchise and retail networks to facilitate smooth operations.
Drive the development of retail and distribution networks by engaging franchise staff and Distribution Officers (DOs). Focus on key performance enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), Market Float management targeting 2.3 days, DO service levels aiming for 50% daily, and maintaining non-performer rates below 5%. Collaborate with DOs to keep minimum balance retailers under 5%. Achieve target KPIs including Recharge, Gross Ads (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, and Mobile Wallet), Mobile Broadband (MBB) data devices, and active retail base metrics.
Develop and implement plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid subscriptions. Engage retailers in planning Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets. Optimize the use of trade marketing resources to maximize impact. Expand channel footprint while improving KPIs related to minimum balance and retailer servicing for JazzCash and voice services. Maintain territory integrity and prevent infringements.
Foster strong relationships with retailers and franchise owners within the assigned area. Continuously review and improve JazzCash and voice KPIs for both self and team. Demonstrate proactivity and creativity by proposing new ideas and processes to enhance team performance. Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, clearly explaining profitability models to ensure alignment and commitment.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in delivering challenging projects with full responsibility from planning to rollout and feedback. Ability to work independently and under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness and penetration. Demonstrated success in achieving monthly KPI targets such as JazzCash Wallet Activation, Postpaid and Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-In, and Mobile Number Portability (MNP). Strong capability to increase business penetration in assigned territories and consistently meet targets. Solid background in sales management and channel development.
