Jazz is looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor (Grade Level: L1) based in Bhimber, Mirpur, to join its energetic sales team. Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving regional sales targets and driving growth across JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development. This position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to address daily operational challenges and improve market penetration. Key Responsibilities

Understand and embody Jazz’s core values, business model, products, and the Regional Operating Model while gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics. Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and operational compliance. Manage one or two assigned franchises based on potential and geographic spread, maintaining daily oversight and reporting progress to the Area Sales Manager.

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and retail networks to ensure smooth operations. Drive retail and distribution network development by actively engaging franchise staff and Distribution Officers (DO). Focus on key operational enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), Market Float management (maintaining 2.3 days), DO service levels (achieving 50% daily), and reducing non-performing retailers to below 5%.

Monitor minimum balance retailers to keep them under 5% through consistent follow-up with DOs. Achieve target KPIs including Recharge, Gross Ads (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, and Mobile Wallet), Mobile Broadband (MBB) data devices, and active retail base metrics. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.

Engage retailers in planning Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets. Optimize trade marketing utilization while focusing on expanding channel footprint and improving KPIs. Maintain territory integrity by controlling infringements and fostering healthy relationships with retailers and franchise owners within the assigned area.

Continuously review and improve JazzCash and Voice KPIs for both individual and team performance. Proactively introduce new ideas and processes to enhance overall team effectiveness. Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders by clearly explaining profitability models and encouraging best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully delivering challenging projects with end-to-end responsibility, from planning through rollout and feedback. Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channel performance. Demonstrated capability to consistently meet monthly KPI targets related to JazzCash Wallet Activation, Postpaid and Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-In, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), and overall business penetration.

Experience in strengthening and developing sales channels, with a relevant background in sales management and channel development.
