Based in Mirpur Khas, the Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) plays a crucial role within the Regional Operating Model, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. This position requires close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to achieve regional sales objectives, with a particular focus on expanding JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development. The TSS is responsible for managing assigned franchises, conducting regular market visits, and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

- Gain a thorough understanding of Jazz’s values, business model, products, market dynamics, and the Regional Operating Model.
- Perform daily market visits to conduct spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and compliance.
- Manage one or two assigned franchises, maintaining daily reporting and consistent follow-up with franchise partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and retail networks to support smooth operations.
- Drive the development of retail and distribution networks by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key performance enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), market float management, DO service levels, and recharge performance, keeping non-performer rates below 5%.
- Meet target KPIs including recharge sales, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, M-Wallet), mobile broadband device sales, and growth of the active retail base.
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid subscriptions.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization, expand channel footprint, and improve KPIs such as minimum balance and retailer servicing.
- Maintain territory integrity and prevent infringements.
- Foster positive relationships with retailers and franchise owners within the assigned area.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and Voice KPIs for both self and team.
- Demonstrate proactivity and creativity by proposing innovative ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, clearly explaining profitability models to ensure engagement and commitment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in successfully managing challenging projects from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success in achieving monthly KPI targets related to JazzCash Wallet Activation, Postpaid and Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-In, and Mobile Number Portability (MNP).
- Strong skills in increasing business penetration and consistently meeting assigned targets.
- Experience in strengthening and developing sales channels.
- Relevant background in sales management and channel development.
