Based in Mirpur Khas, the Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) plays a crucial role within the Regional Operating Model, reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets, with a strong focus on expanding JazzCash, Postpaid Sales, and Franchise/Retail Business Development. The TSS is responsible for leading daily market visits, managing assigned franchises, and ensuring smooth operations through effective coordination with the retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Jazz’s values, products, business model, and the dynamics of the regional market.
- Conduct daily market visits to perform spot checks and retail audits, ensuring stock availability and compliance.
- Manage one or two assigned franchises by maintaining daily reporting and consistent follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise and retail staff to facilitate seamless operations.
- Drive development of retail and distribution networks by engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on critical enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent serving), market float management (maintaining 2.3 days), and DO service levels (targeting 50% daily).
- Ensure recharge performance for Jazz Load and Scratch cards, keeping non-performers below 5% and minimum balance retailers under 5%.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including Recharge, Gross Ads (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, and M-Wallet), Mobile Broadband (MBB) data devices, and active retail base metrics.
- Develop and implement plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.
- Engage retailers in planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with target achievements.
- Optimize trade marketing utilization, expand channel footprint, and improve KPIs related to retailer servicing and minimum balance maintenance.
- Maintain territory integrity and prevent infringements.
- Foster healthy, collaborative relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
- Continuously review and improve JazzCash and Voice KPIs for both self and team members.
- Proactively introduce innovative ideas and processes to enhance team performance.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, clearly explaining profitability models.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully delivering challenging projects with full end-to-end responsibility, from planning through rollout and feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in consistently achieving monthly KPIs such as JazzCash Wallet Activation, Postpaid and Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash-In, and Mobile Number Portability (MNP).
- Strong capability to increase business penetration within assigned territories.
- Expertise in channel strengthening and development.
- Relevant background in sales management and channel development.
