Jazz is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Supervisor (Grade Level: L1) to join its sales team in Peshawar. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this role involves managing one to two franchises while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to boost regional sales. The focus areas include JazzCash, postpaid sales, and franchise/retail business development. The position requires daily market visits, retail audits, and hands-on franchise management to achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships within the retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of Jazz’s values, business model, products, and the specific regional market dynamics.
- Conduct daily market visits for spot checks and retail audits to ensure stock availability and compliance.
- Manage assigned franchise(s) on a daily basis, ensuring timely reporting and consistent follow-up actions.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with franchise staff and retail networks to support smooth operations.
- Drive retail and distribution network growth by actively engaging franchise staff and distribution officers (DO).
- Focus on key operational enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC (Agent to Agent servicing), market float management (maintaining 2.3 days), and DO service levels (targeting 50% daily).
- Monitor recharge performance for Jazz Load and Scratch cards, keeping non-performer rates below 5%, and ensure retailers maintain minimum balance levels.
- Meet target KPIs including recharge volumes, gross additions (prepaid and postpaid), JazzCash transactions (Direct Recharge, Cash-In, Mobile Wallet), Mobile Broadband sales, and active retail base metrics.
- Develop and implement plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid subscriptions.
- Collaborate with retailers to plan and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities aligned with sales targets.
- Optimize trade marketing spend and expand channel footprint while improving KPIs related to retailer servicing for JazzCash and voice services.
- Maintain territory integrity by controlling infringements and ensuring compliance.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with retailers and franchise owners.
- Continuously monitor and improve JazzCash and voice KPIs for both self and team performance.
- Proactively introduce innovative ideas and processes to enhance overall team effectiveness.
- Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, clearly explaining profitability models and business benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing projects end-to-end, from planning through rollout and feedback, with a strong record of delivering results.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success in achieving monthly KPIs such as JazzCash wallet activations, postpaid and prepaid sales, remittances, cash-in transactions, and mobile number portability (MNP).
- Strong capability to increase business penetration and consistently meet assigned sales targets.
- Excellent skills in channel development and sales management.
