Accounts Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer
- TEXGRO Private Limited was incorporated in 2008 in Pakistan as company with prime focus towards import of specialty textile chemicals and exports of special fabrics and work wear.
- The company is currently headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.
- The company has seen exponential growth in last few years and has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of textile dyes and chemicals in Pakistan with sales operations and warehousing facilities in Lahore, Faisalabad and Karachi.
- The manufacturing facilities are in Lahore.
- We are looking for an energetic and confident accounts officer (male).
- The candidate must have basic knowledge of the subject and willing to work during challenges.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Word and MS Excel is mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for recording, generating and dispatching of sale tax invoice
- Filing monthly sale tax return on FBR
- Preparing customers aging reports
- Preparing monthly Sales Reports
- Chasing Recovery and preparing recovery report on every 15 days and present to director
- Posting voucher on daily basis on software.
- Accounts receivables / Accounts payable recording and reconciliation
- Preparing monthly & yearly financial statements
- Assist to Accounts Manager in daily routine work
- Assist to Sale Managers in their routine work
- Traveling 10%
- Any other duty assign by Director
Qualifications
- Minimum B.Com. With minimum 2 years of relevant experience
