- Responsible for handling end to end employee recruitment process.
- Placement of ads on job portals and company website.
- Explore different recruitment channels for finding desired resources
- Pre-Screening applications from database as per criteria & share shortlisted profiles with team heads.
- Scheduling interviews and compiling their evaluation reports.
- Prepare and send Job offers to selected candidates and follow up for their joining.
- Conduct orientation of new employee.
- Coordinate with IT department for employees email and system accounts
- Enroll them to company systems
- Maintain necessary personnel file documentation and updating them on HR portal.
- Maintaining employee’s attendance and Leave records management on company system.
- Prepare monthly payroll and liaises with accounts dept. for its processing.
- Check employees’ grievances and complaints and work to resolve them.
- Provide reports to management for checking employee performance.
- Formulating and issuing work appreciation ,warnings and other letters.
- Processing of Employee Resignations and employee separation documents.
- Conduct exit interviews and clearance formalities
- Handing taking over of assigned company assets from employees.
- Prepare final settlements, experience letters and dispatched to employees.
