· Analysis of Customer Complaint and take Corrective/ Preventive action.
· Monitoring of Production & achieved daily production targets as per production plan.
· Keep team members motivated.
· Keep and improve 5S.
· Implement Kaizen activities.
· Plan and implement training of JTMs
· Reconciliation of work in process materials on monthly basis.
· Co-ordination and follow up with the maintenance, store and quality to resolve daily issues.
· Assists the Incident Commander and Management Representative in administrating HSE programs and emergency preparedness.
· Conducts hazard and risk assessments to include OHSAS/ ISO14001 audits, incident tracking and the hazard abatement process.
· Monitoring of departmental objectives (Environment, OHSAS & ISO14001)
· Update PFMEA, control plan of all Processes.
