The incumbent will take forward the community/clinical programs (Medical) of AKHS,P and will provide technical support in programs planning, development, monitoring and supportive supervision to regions to strengthen the community/clinical programs and medical services across AKHS,P.
Extend technical support in the development review and or implementation of quality assured community based health care services offered by medical and dental staff at Basic Health Centers and outreach areas. The thematic programs may include Reproductive Health Care, Women Health Programs (focusing maternal Health and Breast Cancer prevention), Child Health Program (Focusing IMNCI, immunization, growth monitoring and nutrition), School Health Program (Focusing assessment and health education among school age children), Health Youth Initiative (Focusing lifestyle/life skills), Adult Health Program (Focusing NCD primary and secondary prevention and management of diabetes and hypertension), Infection Prevention and Control, Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Mental Health Programs (De-stigmatization to management of mental health conditions), Early Childhood Development Program and Health Promoting Model.
