The incumbent will take forward the nursing agenda of AKHS,P and will provide technical training to nursing staff to strengthen the nursing team across AKHS,P as recommended by QAC.
Must be knowledgeable of current practices in hospital nursing, administration and management.
Should be able to apply knowledge of theory into practice.
A natural leader with presence and stature, able to forge partnerships, build trust and command respect.
Strong consensus-building, interpersonal skills, backed by excellent people management, communication and negotiating skills
