This position is responsible to manage and care of the patients including proper referral and over all Incharge of professional dimension of the units
Implement quality Assurance initiatives as per ISO 9001-2008 /2015 requirement in Clinical units with particular emphasis on the following areas: Incidence reporting, Client feedback, Patient Referral System, Patient Complaint management, Continuous Professional Development, Client satisfaction surveys and monitoring of clinical indicators.
Remaining discreet about patient information and official related matters in public
Thorough regular meetings with staff
