Role Profile:
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of the project activities as per project implementation plan timelines (monthly, quarterly) and project management framework. S/he will provide guidance and support to the staff in preparing their progress reports and undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation, to check and maintain the quality of data at community and facility level, and to identify adaptations where needed; monitor the follow up of recommendations with Project Manager. S/he will ensure data quality and cleaning aspects by closely working with data management team.
Academic / Professional Qualification:
Preferably, a Master’s degree in Social Sciences or in a related field. Proficiency in Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER) is a pre requisite with 3 – 4 years of experience in a similar field preferably in health related projects
