We are looking for a professional receptionist / Front desk officer for our corporate office:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. 
  • Organize meetings with prospected clients on phone.
  • Should be very much familiar with Internet search. 
  • Route calls to specific people. 
  • Coordinate office activities.
