An exciting opportunity for an experienced customer support manager for an eCommerce based .com company.
The role will see you responsible for managing the key client engagement processes over the phone and chat support,
Required Experience and Knowledge:
Must be able to speak with US customers over the phone, and Chat support
- Candidate should be quick learner.
- Experiences with e-commerce platforms such as Magento will be a plus.
- Understanding of Marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy and eBay will be a Plus..
- MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent English written communication skills is must.
