Job Summary:

Responsible to achieve liability targets and effective management of the unit under command while ensuring full compliance with operational risk management policies & procedures and extending full support to operational staff by adopting a problem-solving approach for achieving the branch’s operational goals. 

Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role :

Achievement Of Targets:

  • Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of branch on monthly basis.
  • Ensure relationships deepening constantly and manage the portfolio.
  • The constant tapping of the target market and the introduction of the bank to potential customers.
  • Achievement of Account Opening Targets of the branch.
  • Meeting the clients and maintaining follow up the record with potential customers.
  • Make a Strategy to achieve the allocated target of the branch.
  • Follow up with branch staff for the achievement of individual assigned targets.

Audit Operational Control &Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures, extending full support to operational staff, adopting a problem-solving approach to achieving the branch’s operational goals.
  • Improvement in Audit Category by improving Branch Working and implementing Policies and Procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines and PRs.
  • Rectification of Audit irregularities pointed out with an aim to build an operational flow in the branch to minimize chances of repetition of Audit irregularities in the future and closure of previous Audit Reports.
  • Implementation of DCFC & RCSA, its daily Updation, and its consistent review.
  • Ensure the opening of Accounts in a Prudent manner.

Quality Assurance & Appraisal of Staff:

  • Bringing Quality to Customer Service by continuously improving existing processes.
  • Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflow and improving the QA Audit category.
  • Implementing and monitoring the TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Ensuring that the branch premises are kept clean and provide a conducive banking environment.
  • Appraise branch staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.
  • Any other assignment given by the Islamic banking division.

Job Specifications (Minimum Level):

Knowledge: Relevant SBP policies & procedures, relevant BOP policies & procedures, circulars related to the current job, SOPs of the current job.
