Job Summary:

Plan, design, organize and delivery of all internal trainings delivered either physically or virtually, identified either through TNA, and/or  on demand requests by stakeholders.

Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role:

  • Training Plan:  In coordination with L&D Planning & Reporting, preparation, administration and consolidation of TNA feedback and developing Annual/Quarterly/Monthly and Daily Training Calendar. Communicate and ensure visibility of the In-house Training Calendar to all Stakeholders.
  • Course Design: In coordination with the Instructional Design Team, classification and coding of all course categories in alignment with the L&D Five River Framework. Participate in design of the course content and modules and provide input as a Trainer and/or Subject Matter Expert, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness in subject and training content / information / module flow.
  • Assessment Design: In coordination with Assessments & Analytics Team, design of Course Tests, Assessments, Questionnaires etc., provide input in accuracy and comprehensiveness on subject content, assessment mechanism, method & content, 
  • Nomination Management: In coordination with the L&D Instructional Design and Planning & Reporting team, prepare and finalize nominations and cohorts for the trainings as per Annual/Monthly/Quarterly and Daily Training Calendar and also for on demand trainings. Communication, invitation management and confirmation of participant availability to attend the scheduled training. Manage participant attendance, cancellations and substitutions in coordination with stakeholders where and when required.
  • Participation Management: Ensure communication and understanding of training centre rules, facility availability and acceptable norms to ensure maintaining a respectable and congenial learning environment within and outside the classrooms. Manage classroom participation and participant engagement, ensure responsible, professional and respectable behavior of the participants, instructors and visitors is maintained at all times within and outside the training centre.
  • Course & Assessment Delivery: Key responsibility for the delivery of Trainings and administration of the assessment of participants. Ensure learning objectives and course content is delivered as per established standards and goals, and are able to achieve desired learning outcomes as planned. Obtain, analyze and provide feedback internally and externally on the written and verbal feedback from participants and instructors on quality, accuracy and agreed goals of the training program.
  • Faculty and Instructor Management: Key responsibility in selection, assignment and management of Instructors and Subject Matter Experts both from within and outside the BOP. Training, coaching, facilitation of knowledge and skills development of reporting instructors. Assessment of Instructor performance for course delivery.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Collection, compilation, analysis of data pertaining to planned, scheduled and delivered trainings, as well as on instructors and subject matter experts, preparation of reports, summaries and other official and non-official communication as per plans, schedules and demands.
  • Facility Management: In coordination with L&D Services Team, ensure operational readiness status of all training rooms, their availability management, computers, networks, software, training aids, stationery and other materials used and relied upon for delivery of trainings, arrangement, availability and management of meals and refreshments etc. for participants and visiting faculty.
  • Special Assignments and Activities: Carry out and contribute in special assignments, projects and activities as and when assigned by senior leadership.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized Institute / Foreign University. Preference will be given to candidate(s) who have done Masters with Certification(s) in Training and Instructional Design and Hands on experience of working in training design softwares & preparing presentations.

Experience: Overall 15 years of experience out of which minimum 04 years in banking and 04 years as Instructor or in a training support role.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of March 31, 2022.
