Plan, design, organize and delivery of all internal trainings delivered either physically or virtually, identified either through TNA, and/or on demand requests by stakeholders.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized Institute / Foreign University. Preference will be given to candidate(s) who have done Masters with Certification(s) in Training and Instructional Design and Hands on experience of working in training design softwares & preparing presentations.
Experience: Overall 15 years of experience out of which minimum 04 years in banking and 04 years as Instructor or in a training support role.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of March 31, 2022.
