Reporting to: President/ CEO

Job Summary:

The position reports directly to the President & CEO and is a highly valuable role for the organization. The ideal incumbent will not only look after the President & CEO's calendar, handle the day-to-day logistics of the President & CEO's office, but will also execute the President & CEO's agenda, provide support on communication and presentations, support the President & CEO's office in research on key areas identified for review and is able to efficiently and effectively communicate with top management and external visitors.

  • Handling of external and internal mail (letters, office notes etc.) for President & CEO
  • Managing all appointments and keeping President & CEO abreast
  • Correspondence; internal/external including regulatory
  • Coordination with MAN-COM and other Management members
  • Arrangement of Board Meetings
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements for and on behalf of the President & CEO
  • Handling of external and internal Telephone calls for President & CEO
  • Support in administration and organization of meetings to be attended by President & CEO
  • Responsible for maintaining confidential personal documents and operating an effective message service for Team.
  • To carry out confidential correspondence, memos, and minutes, etc.
  • To provide all secretarial support to the President & CEO
  • Any other task assigned by the President & CEO

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.

Relevant Experience: : Minimum 07 years of experience in a similar role. Preference shall be given to the candidates who have worked in a similar level position for more than 03 years.

Abilities: To work under pressure, Time Management, Multitasking, etc.

Skills: Proficient in MS Office.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of Dec 19, 2021
