Job Summary:

Handle administrative / office issues pertaining to President in a professional manner ensuring confidentiality is maintained in all aspects.

Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role (Bulleted):

  • Handling of external and internal mail (letters, office notes etc.) for President
  • Managing all appointments and keeping President abreast
  • Correspondence; internal/external including regulatory
  • Coordination with MAN-COM and other
  • Arrangement of Board Meetings
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements on behalf of the President
  • Handling of external and internal Telephone calls for President
  • Support in administration and organization of meetings to be attended by President
  • Responsible for maintaining confidential personal documents and operating an effective message service for Team.
  • To carry out confidential correspondence, memos, and minutes, etc.
  • To provide all secretarial support to the President
  • Any other task assigned by the president

Relevant Experience: 05 Years of preferably banking experience

Abilities: To work under pressure, Time Management, Multitasking, etc.

Qualification: Bachelors
