DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible for managing governance and regulatory compliance across various divisions of the Operations Group in coordination with respective Divisional Heads, make an independent assessment and monitor deadlines where systems and processes need alignment/improvement. Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets, initiatives, resource/capacity planning and monitor target dates for their implementations and timely escalate wherever required. Monitor periodic renewals of SOPs and policies pertaining to various divisions of operations group and manage timely reviews to incorporate latest developments/changes in the control environment and regulatory regime.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
Experience: Minimum 12 Years of banking experience with 03 years in a similar function.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of 02 May, 2021
