Grade Range: EVP-1 to EVP

Location: Lahore

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop CBD’s business plan in line with Bank’s business objectives/strategic plan. Implement business plans and strategies to grow funded and non-funded businesses.
  • Lead, manage and coach a team of highly motivated Relationship Managers.
  • Accountable for exceeding customer satisfaction, relationship building, and performance targets.
  • Identify business opportunities, structure proposals, negotiate terms and determine security arrangements. Establishing new relationships and strengthening & deepening relationships with existing customers.
  • Providing financial advice & solutions to existing and prospective clients. Represent the bank at all appropriate forums where required. Ensure effective implementation of FTC Framework across CB Division.
  • Review, evaluate and recommend credit proposals in light of SBP’s Prudential Regulations, BOP’s policies/procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Identify deteriorating relationships and advise corrective steps.
  • Ensure timely recovery of installments/ mark-up/other bank charges. Keep NPLs at a controlled level and ensure all efforts are made for recovery/regularization of Non-Performing Loans.
  • Ensure hiring and development of staff for their professional grooming and career growth/capacity building.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University

Experience: Min.12 years of banking experience including 03 years at a senior managerial role in similar function

Age: Upto 55 years as of April 18,2021
