Job Summary:
- Develop the future/target state digital user experience strategy.
- Analyze, optimize and develop user journeys and design of digital products/solutions (existing and new) with an objective to achieve high level of customer centricity.
- Able to conduct and apply variety of research methodologies to develop customer insights for digital solutions; techniques may include customer segment based research, ethnographic/gender/age/regional research, generative research, workshops, third-party research, customer surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping, usability and accessibility testing.
- Use digital analytics on all digital touch points (e.g. web, social media, products/platforms data, contact center, erp, crm etc.) to analyze digital products & services uptake, churn, success, failures, complaints etc. and develop improvement plans.
- Devise and foster innovative and creative ways of improving user experience, responsible for user experience management of all new solutions, prototypes and initiatives.
- Conduct detailed and competitive / comparative research based on market established methods and digital analytics.
- Setup usability lab and conduct customer usability testing for digital products and solutions.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops.
- Provide inputs for digital products and services marketing (internal and external).
- Analyze customer testing outcomes.
- Fluency in the principles of user-centered design methods, information architecture, usability, interface and interaction design.
- A broad portfolio of frontend dev work and knowledge in at least 2 major areas of UX design.
- Knowledge of the various software options used in the field for design and rapid prototyping.
- A firm grasp of a range of UX tools, processes, and outcomes.
- An enthusiasm for keeping up to date on current topics in the field to inspire and inform client work and organizational culture.
- Knowledge of one of the popular JavaScript MVC frameworks like Angular or Backbone, knowledge of Canvas and CSS3 based animations, transitions, and behaviors.
- Experience with touchscreen, cross-browser compatibility, fluid layouts and adaptive layouts.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from a HEC recognized local/ foreign university. Preference shall be given to the candidates holding Degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
Age: up to 55 years as of August 22, 2022
Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having 03 years of banking experience in similar role.
