Job Summary: 

  • Understanding customer problem statements and designing digital solutions.
  • Responsible for designing the end to end technical solutions for development and deployment of digital applications with keen understanding of both front-end and back-end processes.
  • Responsible for implementation of Sandbox in the innovation center, expert working knowledge of API management, ESB implementation, building controls and open banking.
  • Responsible for building detailed software modeling for the digital solutions, to enable developers develop the solutions.
  • Responsible for building the integration requirements, topology and technical flow of the digital solutions.
  • Responsible for making sure right security frameworks are followed for the digital solutions and the development is as per the IS guidelines.
  • Responsible for making sure the digital solutions comply with requisite regulatory requirements.
  • Build an apt and innovative technology architecture for the designed solutions. 
  • Expert understanding of Software Engineering principals, Digital Experience Layered Architecture and Governance frameworks.
  • Hands on experience on Agile, Architecture development tools, including Togaf, Archi, TMForum, Visio, Github, Jira and responsible for selection and implementation of right tools at the innovation center.
  • Make sure the software and system architectures are in synchronization.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the solution and achieving defined success metrics.
  • A broad portfolio of dev work demonstrating expertise in at least 2 major areas of UX design, knowledge of the various software options used in the field for design and rapid prototyping, a firm grasp of a range of UX tools, processes, and outcomes.
  • Proven experience with one of the popular JavaScript MVC frameworks (like Angular or Backbone).
  • Proven ability in implementing Canvas and CSS3 based animations, transitions and behaviors.
  • Responsible for Detailed Low-Level Design based upon the requirement specification and High-level solution design as per current & to-be technical architecture and business processes.
  • Ability to act as a functional lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities. Leads functional workshops with customers, documents requirements, and designs appropriate solutions. 
  • Expertise documenting technical systems architectures, business processes, layered architectures and explaining the systems so that developers, product owners and technical (IT) managers can understand it.
  • Understanding of Banking and SBP regulations and security policies.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from a HEC recognized local/ foreign university. Preference shall be given to the candidates holding Degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering/Electrical/Computer Engineering.

Age: up to 55 years as of August 22, 2022

Experience: Minimum 07 years of experience. Preference shall be given to candidates having 03 years of banking experience in similar role.
