Job Summary:
Agri finance business involving marketing, sales and administration of Agri assets branch network resulting in profits for the Bank and achieve the institutional business targets & objectives.
Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role:
Formulate and implement business plan and strategy:
- Annual business targets/KPIs of Agri business to be sub allocated to various units/individuals.
- Develop productivity criteria and regular monitoring of performance of functional units and individuals vis a vis the allocated targets.
- Regularity evaluate market environment and direct for product enhancement etc. and process improvement.
Formulate and implement policy & procedures governing the business:
- Develop and document the policy, products & procedures and arrange their approval by the competent authorities on regular basis.
- Arrange regular orientation and training sessions of the workforce to ensure compliance and adherence to the guidelines contained in policy, procedures & shariah principles.
Portfolio Management:
- Regularity review the portfolio health, identity the problem areas and advise corrective steps to the field.
- Devising and pursuing strategy to maintain credit discipline and minimize CAC & Audit exceptions.
- Effective remedial management in consultation with SAM whenever required.
Policies and Procedures:
Follow all relevant divisional/department policies, processes, standard operational procedures, Shariah guidelines and instructions so that work is carried out in controlled and consistent manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the identification of the opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices within the function taken into account international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Ad-Hoc Requests:
- Perform additional duties in line with current role, as and when required by Head, Islamic Banking Division.
Relevant Experience: 05 Years of banking experience
Qualification: BA/MA/ MBA/ Bsc Agri/MSc Agri
