Job Summary:
- Help in continuously identify & assess risks to BOP’s critical processes and assets through various technical and non-technical channels (i.e., security vulnerabilities, audits/assessments, and operational incidents)
- Manage the data, technology, and automation platforms that drive key risk and performance reporting and insights
- Help in demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management by navigating challenging conversations with leadership teams and driving risk-based decision making and accountability for those decisions
- Develop and maintain the IS Policy and supporting documents (SOPs, guidelines, standards, baselines and policies and framework etc.), update and maintenance of the same.
- Establishment, management and maintenance of learning management system
- Develop the awareness courses and material and in launching the awareness program
- Maintenance of Risk Register and ensure periodic risk assessment
- Manage and maintain information assets classification and other Information Management requirements
- Ensure compliance to Information Security Calendar
- Plan and manage external pentest/security reviews
- Conudct periodic Business Impact Analyses for Disaster Recovery Plan
- Maintenance of List of Critical IT/Infomration Assets as a part of DR Plan
- DRP documentation and maintenance and ensure compliance of DR processes i.e. backups, backup restoration & testing, DR drills & reporting etc.
- Sharing and follow-up of Risk Tracker with concerned units
- Manage and execute security awareness initiatives and training sessions for target audience
- Information Gathering for Information Security tasks and requirements
- Coordinate with other department to resolve Audit/Compliance observations/exceptions related to IS.
Basic Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Preference shall be given to I.T/CS/IS Graduates.
Age: Up to 55 Years as of October 18, 2022.
Experience: Minimum 05 Years of relevant experience in IT Information Security. Preference shall be given to candidates having Security Related Certifications and Banking Experience.
