Job Summary:

Ensure effective management of the Region under command to achieve Liability/CASA and cross sell targets with implementation of compliance with operational risk management policies & procedures by extending full support to operations team through problem solving approach for achieving branch’s Liability & operational goals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role:

 Achievement Of Targets

 

·         Develop Marketing Strategies/Plans to achieve the IBD business goals.

·         Preparing monthly analysis & reports to evaluate Area/branch performance.

·         Monitoring Sales & Cross Sell targets assigned to Areas through random calls with AMs/BMs. 

·         Business procurement and explore new initiatives for Areas/Region’s branches.

·         Conduct meeting with AMs/BMs/Sales Team to motivate and assign business goals and formalize roadmap for achievement. 

·         Monitoring deposit attritions and strategize to recoup through high networth ETBs/NTBs. 

·         Keep close liaison with Sales/Marketing Team to develop Team of Performers through periodical meetings.

·         To ensure involvement of all branch's staff towards achievement of business goals of IBD.

·         Periodic visits to Area branches and discuss business growth opportunities by imparting necessary guidance to Marketing Team.

·         Meeting valuable/potential clients of Region.

·         Suggestions for opening new branches.

 Quality Assurance & Appraisal of Staff

·         Bringing Quality to Customer Service by continuously improving existing processes.

·         Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflow and improving QA Audit category.

·         Ensuring that the branch premises are kept clean and provide conducive banking environment.

·         Appraise branch staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.

 

Audit Operational Control &Compliance:

·         Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures, extending full support to operational staff, adopting problem solving approach to achieving branch’s operational goals.

·         Improvement in Branch’s working relationship to ensure good Audit Category through controlled environment and implementing Policies and Procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines and PRs.

           .   Any other assignment given by the Regional office/Retail banking division.

 Relevant Experience: 12 Years of banking experience in Similar Role
