In line with the Bank’s progression strategy, we invite applications from experienced, dedicated, and performance-driven professionals for the position of Senior Manager - Legal Corporate and Regulatory Affairs in our Legal Affairs Division (Legal Group):

Grade: Band-7/ Band-5

Location: Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Unit Head Legal Affairs/Head Legal Affairs in managing the legal, corporate and regulatory matters of the Bank.
Protect the Bank’s legal rights and interests by providing timely and efficient legal support.
Draft, review and vet legal documents including agreements, letters, notices, MOUs, dismissal orders and replies to notices as may be required from time to time.
Advise on interpretation of court orders, SBP or other regulatory directives where required.
Conduct legal research and prepare opinions and advisory notes on matters referred by the management.
Provide legal advice as well as support to various Groups/Divisions of the Bank on routine legal and regulatory matters.
Examine and vet legal documentation relating to financing, security, guarantees and other corporate transactions.
Assist in handling legal matters relating to Banking Mohtasib Pakistan and other regulatory/quasi-judicial authorities.
Maintain records of assignments, opinions and other legal matters for periodic updates for the Legal Affairs Division.
Supervise and guide subordinates on assigned work, ensuring adherence to the internal turnaround time.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum LLB or relevant degree from HEC recognized local/foreign university/institute.

Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in Banking laws, Legal Affairs and Corporate Management.

Age: Up to 55 years as of September 10, 2026.
