Job Summary:

  • Oversee and lead the Instructional Design and e-Courses and Digital Engagement Team.
  • Oversee the Instructional Design and Delivery of all in-house developed trainings based on latest Instructional design and e-learning frameworks and methodologies.
  • Lead all projects to timely completion for training modules development and deployment in alignment with annual/monthly/weekly training calendar.
  • Oversee and ensure conversion of developed courses into modular e-courses and its deployment via BOP LMS system.
  • In coordination with L&D Planning and Reporting, manage participant nomination management and training attendance via LMS and other methods.
  • In coordination with L&D Planning and Reporting, linkage with external e-course portals, digital libraries and completion of courses by nominated participants.
  • In coordination with stakeholders, ensure periodic, concurrent systematic review of developed/deployed training courses for content/information accuracy, relevance and applicability.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between instructional team, e-courses & digital engagement team and training delivery team (including managing the technical aspects in the system).
  • Maximize compliance of approved policies/procedures/guidelines/SBP regulations.
  • In coordination with L&D Assessments and Analytics team, administer tests, surveys and other data gathering tasks and share outcomes/results with stakeholders for analysis and MIS.
  • Periodic and concurrent reporting on Unit activities and tasks for reporting and MIS.
  • Participate and carry out special duties and tasks as directed by Senior Leadership.

General Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institution. Preference shall be given to 16 Years of education.

Experience: Minimum 05 Years of relevant experience.

Age: Upto 55 Years as of February 6, 2022.

Skills: Project Management, Instructional Design, Training Design, Game Design, Digital Engagement, Social Media Engagement etc.Knowledge: Story Board Writing, Gamification, Social Media Engagement, LMS Authoring Platforms, SCORM Management, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 etc.
