Division/Department: Credit Administraion Division

Job Summary:
1. Monitor collection of MIS from sub officers and devise mechanism for cleansing / validation before onward submission to higher management, credit rating agencies or to the Regulator.
2. Coordinate with business & IT team for smoothly implementation / migration of existing portfolio to core banking system and automation of Regulatory / SBP Reporting.
3. Responsible to accomplish / supervise Regulatory SBP Reporting assignment for SBP/Concern quarter and external rating agencies.
4. Coordinate / Monitor Compilation of data as required by External / Internal Auditor and for SBP on Site Inspection Team.
Major Duties & Responsibilities to perform the Role:
Classification of NPLs and eCIB Reporting
· Monitoring compilation of county wide NPL and Provision statements.
· Pan Bank eCIB data compilation / consolidation, checking, completing and ensurimg that correct data is submitted to SBP.
· Mapping / submitting / recollecting of over dues / default loans to be reported in NPLs / PDOs / eCIB monthly data.
· Providing guidance to team members about classification, Regulatory Returns eCIB data reporting requirement and keeping them abreast with up-to-date SBP requirement of CIB reporting.
Regulatory Returns and Reporting
Monitoring and Supervision on preparation & Submission of periodical returns (EWS) to Finance division and directly to SBP.
· Compilation / consolidation of various need basis MIS Reports. Provision of MIS data to SBP / RAR / Internal / External Audit / PACRA etc.
· Signing off / checking various EWS reports.
· Financing against FE-25 deposit (Directly to SBP).
· Loans outstanding (funded) against liquid security (to RMD).
· Loans outstanding (Non-funded) against liquid security (to RMD).
· Lease Key money (to RMD).
· Fresh disbursement during the quarter (to RMD).
Total outstanding with ORR (to RMD).
Relevant Experience: 7 to 10 years
Qualification: BA/B.Com/ BS IT/MB IT
