Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

• The ideal incumbent will be responsible for Group Level Product Planning, Delivery, Review and Marketing throughout the Product Life Cycle in coordination with all stakeholders (Asset Side including Consumer, Agriculture and SME).

• Ensure that Asset Product Suite of Consumer Banking Group is in line with the market offerings and COMPSCANs are conducted and their finding are presented to all stakeholders and all Asset Product PPMs of CBG are reviewed well before time.

• Ensure that our product offering are supportive of the business target achievement.

• The ideal resource will be responsible for exploring out of the box Digital Product Offerings this includes conceptualization, its approval, testing and deployment in coordination with all stakeholders.

• Responsible for Digitization of Application Portals and Enhancing Customer Experience vide Digital tools including E-Tracking, SMS Alerts, Documents Collection Portals etc.

• Ensure availability of Marketing Collaterals and designing marketing campaigns In liaison with relevant stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 years of banking experienc .Preference will be given to candidates having product & policies development experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of Jan 27, 2023.t
