Vendor/Supplier Management: Build excellent commercial relationship with supplier for demand fulfillment. Merchandising and Plannogramming: Preparing merchandising and plannogramming guidelines for store teams and ensuring their implementation. Identifying hotspots.
Product Promotion and Pricing: Develop and implement annual promotional calendar. Develop and implement competitive pricing strategy for core, general and complimentary assortment.
Revenue and Income Targets: Overall responsibility for business turnover and income targets.
