Field Accountant

  • A non-government not for profit development sector organization is looking for an intelligent and motivated individual for the position of field accountant at our Gujranwala office. The job entails following key functions:-
  • Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, purchase orders and bank reconciliations, and account analysis functions.
  • To maintain books of accounts, cash book, bank book, stock book, general ledgers and fixed asset registers etc.
  • Entry of financial/accounting data in SAP Business 1 and prepare reconciliation reports on monthly basis.
  • Manage and maintain medicines stocks, procurement, inventory, issuance and consumption.
  • Preparation of financial reports (statement of financial position, Income statement, and cash flows statement) quarterly, half-yearly and annually for management, Income tax departments and auditors as required.
  • The candidate should be B Com or equivalent from HEC recognized university / institute having 5 – 6 years of relevant experience in a development sector organization will be given preference.
  • Proficiency in using SAP, Microsoft ERP, Sun, and Quick Books is preferable.
  • Gujranwala resident candidates will have preference.
  • Excellent computer skills are required to include MS office, emailing and proficiency in report writing.
  • Eligible candidates are required to send their CVs along with cover letter, two recent passport size photographs and three references by 30 April 2016.
  • Only short listed applicants will be called for test and interview.
