The Bullpen is a workspace solutions company that provides, serviced offices and co working spaces for different companies and startup in Pakistan. The bullpen is looking for an operations manager for its new branch that it will be inaugurating in end of march 2020. As the operations manager, there are a few things that operations manager is expected to do:
1) Facility management: going through a daily checklist for the maintenance of our space and its assets
2) Sales: from giving tours to accommodation queries, this job focuses heavily on converting potential parties into clients
3) HR : From training to over all super vision of staff, it is extremely important. to keep our staffs morale high, but also to make sure they remain productive.
