The incumbent will be responsible to develop and execute the right business strategy and management model that will help establish and sustain an organization rhythm for TCF, create validation, verification and reporting mechanisms for top data sets of the organization, establish key forums and conduct research to create an optimum operating rhythm for TCF.
The incumbent will report to General Manager Organization Excellence and collaborate extensively with all departments of the organization to run an efficient planning operating rhythm for TCF. The job requires candidates with an ability to collaborate with various departments, manage stakeholders, analyze data to achieve numerous objectives and vision to assist in overall organization strategy.
