· Receive/transfer/divert calls and connect all international, upcountry & local/conference calls
· Maintain records of personal/official calls, and check bills for personal/official calls and charge accordingly
· Receive and convey messages to respective staff
· Maintain telephone directory timely· Inform staff about their visitors and guide them to the meeting point
· Maintain PABX / VIDEO CALL system and prepare a daily report about complaints and other incidents regarding system, extensions and telephone lines
· Ensure that the reception area is well-maintained
· Dealing with walk-in clients / prospects
· Assist the Admin Officer in daily routine administrative tasks
· Carry out any other task as and when assigned by the supervisor
