The selected candidate will:
- Manage various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
- Conducts recruitment efforts.
- Conducts new employee orientation.
- Handles employee relation counselling.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from the database.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
- To prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
- To monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
- To procure consumables, preparing purchase order and inviting tenders.
- To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the Supervisor/Management.
