Job Description

The Code IT Company is starting its Call Centre operations for UK and US markets for which we are looking for individuals for outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell the products/services. The successful candidates are expected to consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base, ensure customer follow-up all the time, handle customer needs and requirements and respond to customer inquiries.

The applicant should have the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with good American/British or Neutral accent. Also he/she must be proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet) and should have sales flare. The individual should possess knowledge of Call Centre operations and must have excellent communication skills.Office timings: 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays).
