We are looking for a School Head; an experienced, ambitious, energetic and hard-working individual who will be responsible for the general progress, oversight and well being of all the schools assigned to her; keeping up to date with their educational and administrative requirements.
All the schools under her umbrella will have their own campus and academic heads (case to case basis) who will be directly repporting to her for academic and administrative matters.
Travellling to different campuses will be necessary for monitoring and coordination. Conveyance will be provided by the school for the same.
Qualification and Experience:
a) A master degree and B.Ed/M.Ed from a recognized university
b) Atleast 10 years experience in teaching and administration with minimum 5 years in the management of pre-school/primary classes.
Core resposiblities will include:
1. Liase with the Diectors and Regional office as required for the effective functioning of schools;
2. Ensure optimal design and implementation of the curriculum through follow-up of daily lesson plans;
3. Provide professional, dynamic, democratic and firm leadership;
4. Monitor compliance with the school policies in a centralised environment;
5. Identify any short-comings and provide road map for improvement, together with its monitoring;
6. Ensure professional development of the staff under policy and guidance from HO;
7. Ensure proper maintainence of the school property and records;
8. Maintain effectively public relations for the schools under her leadership that consistently clelebrates and informs the stake holder of the schools system and thier successes.
