Shift Timing 9pm to 6am. Monday to Friday.

·        Assisting CEO with office related tasks.

·        Delivering presentations with clients on webinar.

·        Performing cost accounting and cost analysis.

·        Managing Social Media i.e. Facebook page.

·        Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.

·        Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

·        Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information, identifying and communicate solutions.

·        Provides administrative support to all employees, and responsible for coordination of office management activities.

·        Maintain up-to date filling system and file all correspondence of CEO Office, ensure to safeguard confidential information.

·        Must have excellent English communication.
