A large food company manufacturing clean drinking water, cooked and raw food, bakery and sweets is looking for the following personnel to be based in Lahore.
Chief Operating Officer (Beverages)
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the establishment of our water plant and manage the ongoing operations and procedures based in Lahore.
The COO role is a key member of the senior management team. You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced startup professional and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
1. 1. Ensure development of all departments in the Water Plant and prepare for launch.
2. 2. Ensure smooth functioning of all technical aspects of the business.
3. 3. Ensure the operations and monitoring system of the entire division and develop feasibilities
4. 4. Ensure maximum productivity from staff and the plant
5. Ensure the machinery is in optimum condition and all repair and maintenance is timely managed.
6. Be a part of the management meetings and translate the intent of the Senior Management into strategy and procedures into his team.
Requirements:
· An overall 15 years of experience in water plant operations and proven experience of at least 5 years as Chief Operating Officer.
· Understanding of water plant business functions.
· Demonstrate competency in strategic planning and Business Development.
· Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
· Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
· Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or relevant field.
